Article 1 [Definitions]

1. These Terms: The Terms of Service for the Store
2. Operator: The store operator who runs the online store using this Service
3. Service: The e-commerce service provided by the Operator via the internet
4. Purchaser: A person who applies for products after fully agreeing to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, in accordance with the procedures set forth by the Operator
5. User: A general term for those who search, browse, or use the content (including images, text, designs, logos, videos, programs, ideas, and other information) provided through the Service, after fully agreeing to these Terms and the Privacy Policy

Article 2 [Application of Terms]

These Terms shall apply when Users use this Service provided by the Operator via the internet. By starting to use the Service, Users are deemed to have accepted the contents of these Terms.

Article 3 [Changes to Terms]

The Operator may modify these Terms within the scope of the purpose of the Service when deemed necessary. If Users or Purchasers use the Service after such modifications, they will be deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.

Article 4 [Purchase of Products]

• Users may purchase products from the Operator using this Service.
• If Users wish to purchase products, they must apply in accordance with the procedures separately determined by the Operator.
• When a User confirms the order by clicking the confirmation button after reviewing delivery details, order contents, and other information, and the Operator’s confirmation email reaches the User, the sales contract for the relevant product shall be deemed concluded between the User and the Operator.
• Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, if fraudulent or inappropriate conduct is identified in relation to the use of this Service, the Operator may cancel or terminate the sales contract or take other necessary measures.
• Minors may not purchase products through this Service without prior consent of a qualified legal representative.

Article 5 [Change of Registration Information]

If there is any change in the name, address, or other information provided at the time of purchase, the Purchaser must promptly notify the Operator. Even if the change is registered, transactions already processed prior to the registration will be carried out based on the information before the change.

Article 6 [Payment Method]

• The payment amount for products consists of the sales price shown on the site, consumption tax, shipping charges, and handling fees.
• Payments for products purchased through this Service are limited to the payment methods designated by the Operator.
• If payment is made by credit card, the Purchaser shall comply with the terms and conditions separately contracted with the credit card company. In the event of any dispute between the Purchaser and the credit card company, the Purchaser shall resolve it directly with the credit card company.
• If payment is made through another designated payment method, and the Purchaser must separately agree to terms and conditions with the payment provider, the Purchaser shall comply with such conditions. Any disputes related to such payment methods shall be resolved between the Purchaser and the payment provider.

Article 7 [Returns of Products]

Returns of products by Purchasers shall be handled in accordance with the “Special Terms on Returns” described in the notation based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions published on the site.

Article 8 [Handling of Personal Information]

The Operator shall handle personal information in accordance with the separately established Privacy Policy.

Article 9 [Prohibited Acts]

The following acts are prohibited when using this Service:

1. Acts that cause or may cause inconvenience, disadvantage, or damage to other Users, third parties, or the Operator
2. Acts that infringe or may infringe copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, or other intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or any other rights of third parties or the Operator
3. Acts that violate public order and morals, or laws and regulations, or acts that may do so
4. Use of content obtained through this Service beyond the scope of private use by Users or Purchasers
5. Copying, selling, publishing, distributing, or disclosing content obtained through this Service to third parties, either directly or indirectly, or engaging in similar acts
6. Acts that interfere with the operation of this Service or other services provided by the Operator
7. Acts that damage or undermine the credibility of the Operator, or other acts deemed inappropriate by the Operator
8. Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Operator

Article 10 [Disclaimers]

1. The Operator shall bear no responsibility for any damages caused to third parties due to violations of these Terms by Users or Purchasers.
2. The Operator makes no warranty whatsoever regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or usefulness of the contents of this Service or information obtained by Users or Purchasers through this Service.
3. The Operator shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users or Purchasers arising from the use of this Service. However, if the contract between the Operator and the User or Purchaser based on these Terms falls under a consumer contract as defined in the Consumer Contract Act of Japan, provisions that fully exempt the Operator from liability shall not apply. In such case, unless the damages are caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Operator’s liability shall be limited to the total amount paid by the User or Purchaser to the Operator under these Terms during the past one year.
4. If the Purchaser neglects or refuses to receive the product, if receipt is impossible due to long absence or unknown delivery address, or if the Purchaser otherwise fails to receive the product for reasons attributable to them, the Operator shall be deemed to have fulfilled its delivery obligation by contacting the registered contact information and delivering or attempting delivery to the designated address at the time of purchase.

Article 11 [Copyrights and Intellectual Property Rights]

All content provided through this Service belongs exclusively to the Operator or third parties holding legitimate rights. If any problem arises between Users or Purchasers and third parties in violation of this Article, such Users or Purchasers shall resolve the issue at their own responsibility and expense, and shall not cause any damages, losses, or disadvantages to the Operator.

Article 12 [Governing Law]

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.

Article 13 [Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction]

Any matters not stipulated in these Terms or any doubts regarding their interpretation shall be resolved promptly through mutual consultation in good faith between the Operator and the User or Purchaser. For any disputes related to these Terms, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Operator shall be the exclusive court of first instance.
