We ship all international orders using Japan Post.

Depending on the package size and destination, your order will be shipped via one of the following services:

EMS (Express Mail Service) – Fast & trackable (3–5 business days)

Small Packet – Airmail – Economical option for small parcels (7–14 business days)

Small Packet – Surface – Lowest-cost option, but slower (1–3 months)

All shipments include a tracking number (except for some surface mail options).
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs inspections or local postal delays.

⚠️ Please note: International orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).
Customs duties and import taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns when there is no defect

Returns due to customer convenience are not accepted.

If the product is damaged or there is a fault on our side, we will provide a full refund or exchange.

Even if the above conditions are met, returns or exchanges will not be accepted
