Shipping Methods
We ship all orders from Japan via Japan Post.

Available shipping options:
- EMS (Express Mail Service) – Fast & trackable, usually 3–5 business days.
- Small Packet – Airmail – Economical option for small items under 2kg, usually 7–14 business days.
- Small Packet – Surface – Lowest cost option, usually 1–3 months depending on destination.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance or local postal delays.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

Customs Duties & Taxes
All international shipments are sent Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means:
- Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
- These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
- Customers are responsible for paying any applicable fees directly to their local customs office or courier upon delivery.

For U.S. customers: Orders under USD 800 are generally exempt from customs duties.
